Rachel Miller

I have been involved in the horse community since I started taking riding lessons at the age of 3. After fox hunting, trail riding, and showing hunters through my junior years, I was lucky enough to spend 2007 showing side saddle for Sally Lamb. Horses have always been a large part of my life.

Professionally, I have been working as the Equine Specialist at Blue Ridge Farmers Coop (formerly Charlottesville Southern States Coop) since 2006.  I have maintained my ARPAS (American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists) credentials since the mid 2000s. Blue Ridge Farmers Coop carries Triple Crown, Purina, Nutrena, and ProElite horse feeds.  I am available for on farm consultations about feeding programs, as well as pasture maintenance and renovation.
