OUR MISSION
At Comfort Fit Equine, our mission is to provide a service that enables riders to choose quality tack and equipment that is comfortable for their horses and to receive immediate feedback from their equine partners.
We are different from a mobile tack shop in that riders are able to ride and trial various brands of bits and bridles.
About Us
In 2021, Samantha Kalbach, owner of CFE, realized there was a need within the US equestrian industry to have access to a better bit selection process. After extensive research, studying and certification programs from other countries where bit fitting is already popular, Comfort Fit Equine came about. Samantha is certified in both bit and bridle, and she consults independently.
Choosing a bit is often an overlooked piece of the puzzle, along with bridles, needing to be customized to actually fit each individual horse. Buying a bridle off the rack does not allow for various sizing needs, due to the facial structures of equine anatomy, without a hefty price tag. CFE carries a variety of customizable brands, offering the ability to adjust bridles piece by piece for a significantly lower cost.
CFE offers a mobile service that brings top brands to your barn. This process helps you decide what will work for your horse, trialing products as needed. Dressage, Hunter, Jumper, Eventing, Western and Trail disciplines are covered.
CFE services all of PA, MD, NJ and Northern VA and will travel outside of these areas for larger groups.
Comfort Fit Equine offers the following brands: Neue Schule, Fager, Sprenger, Trust, Bombers, Winderen, Flexible Fit, Montar, Black Diamond Designs, and Correct Connect.
